Orthodontic treatment at later stages of life can dramatically improve your smile as well as the health of your gums and teeth. Crowded teeth and bad bites can contribute to abnormal wear of tooth enamel, bone and gum loss and jaw joint (TMD) pain.

Teeth can be straightened at any age provided gums and bone structure are healthy. We do recommend that adults in orthodontic treatment be seen every 6 months by a Periodontist as well as by their general dentist.
